We meet for a free 30 minute intro call where we get to know each other and see if we are a good fit. I will ask questions to give me a better picture of where your business is currently.

After our discovery call, I’ll generate a proposal of action items that I expect would bring the biggest impact to your business.

We connect virtually or in-person for 90 minutes. The first 30 minutes are spent getting aligned on the action plan for our two sessions together. The last 60 minutes will be spent beginning to tackle the list.

We meet again for a 60 minute session to continue tackling the highest impact items determined in Step 3.
